Installation for developers
1) Install Nexus Library
2) Install MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Intel Fortran with MS visual studio extensions
3) Install Matlab
4) Set Environment Variables IFORTDIR and MATLABDIR to your Intel Fortran and Matlab directories respectively eg..

5) Download source code from the SubversionServer
